Shuman scores 7 for Culver in loss to Argos

Argos 55, Culver 29 (Friday): Shane Shuman scored seven points, but Culver lost at home to Argos in a Bi-County consolation game Friday.

Emiliano Ortiz had five, Owen Clingler had four, Jalen King had four, Cameron Minix had three, and Braxton Conley, Marquez Anderson and Mason Herbert had two points each.

Jake Stults had 16, and J.J. Morris and Dylan Kindig had 12 each for Argos in the win.

Argos led 26-13 at halftime.

The teams will meet again at Culver on Feb. 11 in the Bell game.

John Glenn defeated New Prairie 47-37 on Saturday for the tournament title.
