Triton def. Argos, 25-7, 25-8, 25-4 (Saturday): The Argos volleyball team finished the season 1-28 with a loss to Triton in a Class 1A, Sectional 50 semifinal at Marquette Catholic Saturday.
Marquette Catholic beat Westville 25-18, 25-7, 25-14 in the other semifinal and then went on to beat Triton 25-19, 25-17, 14-25, 25-19 in the sectional final.
Marquette Catholic will play Fort Wayne Blackhawk in a regional semifinal at Culver at 10:30 a.m. this Saturday. Tri-County and Kouts will follow in the second semifinal, and the regional final is set for 7 p.m.
