Brooke’s 21, Strycker’s 10 help Pioneer advance to Indiana Kitchen title game

Pioneer 54, Delphi 30 (Dec. 20): Ashlynn Brooke scored a game-high 21 points, and

Makenna Strycker

Makenna Strycker added 10 for Pioneer in a win over host Delphi in the semifinals of the Indiana Kitchel Classic on Dec. 20.

Kylie Attinger tossed in nine points, and Paula Collado Fernandez had seven, all in the third quarter.

Already leading 22-15 at halftime, Pioneer outscored Delphi 20-8 in the third quarter to build a 42-23 lead.

Delphi committed 20 turnovers and made just 3 of 10 free throws.

Pioneer will play Rossville in the final. Rossville defeated Tri-County 48-40 in the other semifinal.
