Caston boys game with Lewis Cass moved to Saturday

Lewis Cass at Caston, ppd.: The Lewis Cass-Caston boys basketball game scheduled for Tuesday was postponed to Saturday due to snow.

Game time is 6 p.m./7:30 p.m. (JV/Varsity) at Caston.

The Comets’ next game is at home against LaVille Friday night.

Junior high girls basketball

Caston 22, Tippecanoe Valley 14 (6th grade, Thursday): Jada Martz scored 11 points for the Caston sixth-graders (4-0) in a win over TVMS Thursday. Madi Douglass scored seven, and Aubrey Gearhart and Haley Miller had two each.

Caston 28, Triton 19 (6th grade, Feb. 9): Madi Douglass scored 14 points for the Caston sixth-graders in a win over Triton Feb. 9. Jada Martz had eight, Aubrey Gearhart had four, and Haley Miller had two.
