Girls basketball
Rochester juniors Rylee Clevenger and Ella McCarter were voted first-team all-Three Rivers Conference in voting done by the conference’s coaches and released publicly Sunday.
Clevenger averaged a team-high 10 points per game as well as 2 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.5 steals per game.
McCarter averaged 7.5 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 3.4 apg and 1.2 spg.
In addition, freshman point guard Aubrey Wilson was voted honorable mention all-TRC. Wilson was second on the team averaging 7.8 ppg, and she also averaged 1.7 rpg, 1.8 apg and 1.8 spg.
Rochester went 12-12 overall and 6-3 in the Three Rivers Conference. The season ended with a 43-40 loss to Tippecanoe Valley in a Class 3A, Sectional 18 semifinal on Feb. 2.
