Culver Academy 12, Tippecanoe Valley 2 (5 innings, Tuesday): Markus Bernicky and Luke Tucker each had a hit and an RBI in a two-run fourth inning, but the visiting Vikings lost to Culver Academy Tuesday.

Bernicky and Bobby Burke each scored a run.

Connor Schmiedlin and Cooper Pumphrey combined on a two-hitter for Culver Academy.

Luke Grundberg singled and doubled twice.

Prater started and allowed six hits and nine runs (three earned) in two innings. He walked one, hit a batter and struck out three.

Culver Academy scored nine runs in the bottom of the first and extended the lead to 11-0 in the third.
