Culver announced on Dec. 9 that they have paused all sporting events and practices for grades 7-12 through Dec. 19 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
The Winamac-Culver girls basketball game has been rescheduled for 6 p.m./7:30 p.m. (JV/Varsity) Jan. 2 at Culver.
The Culver-North Judson girls basketball game has been postponed from Thursday to Jan. 27. Start time is 6:30 p.m./8 p.m. (JV/Varsity). The game has been moved to North Judson.
The Knox-Culver game postponed on Dec. 12 has not been rescheduled yet.
The South Bend Career Academy-Culver girls basketball game schedule for Friday has not been rescheduled yet.
BOYS BASKETBALL
The Covenant Christian (DeMotte)-Culver boys basketball game postponed on Dec. 11 has been rescheduled for Jan. 11. Game time is 6 p.m./7:30 p.m. (JV/Varsity) Eastern. The game has been moved to Covenant Christian.
The Knox-Culver game scheduled for Dec. 12 has been rescheduled for Jan. 5. Start time is 6 p.m./7:30 p.m. Eastern at Culver.
The Culver-Winamac boys basketball game scheduled for Dec. 15 has been rescheduled for Jan. 2. Start time is 2 p.m./3:30 p.m. (JV/Varsity) at Winamac.
The Culver-Tippecanoe Valley boys basketball game scheduled for Dec. 22 has been canceled.
WRESTLING
The Culver wrestling team will not participate at the Rochester John McKee Memorial Invitational on Dec. 19.
Boys basketball
Culver 45, North Miami 37 (Dec. 8): Emiliano Ortiz scored a game-high 16 points, and Owen Clingler added 10 for the host Cavaliers (2-2) in a win over North Miami Dec. 8.
Braxton Conley and Jalen King added six each.
Parker Johnson had 12 for North Miami.
Culver led 14-4 after one quarter before North Miami rallied to take a 17-16 lead at halftime.
Culver came back to lead 28-21 after three quarters.
Lakeland Christian 45, Culver 44 (Dec. 4): Emiliano Ortiz scored 13 points, and Jalen King added 12 for the visiting Cavaliers in a loss to Lakeland Christian Dec. 4.
Owen Clingler had nine, Braxton Conley had four, Auston Zehner had four, and Cam Minix had two.
Culver led 26-21 at halftime and 33-31 after three quarters.
Girls basketball
Culver 40, LaCrosse 37 (Dec. 8): Maddie Shedrow had a double-double (15 points, 12 rebounds) to lead the Lady Cavaliers to a road win over sectional rival LaCrosse Dec. 8.
Kenzie Banks added eight points and 11 rebounds. Alina Pizur had seven points and eight rebounds.
Addie Gurzki had 15 points and eight rebounds for LaCrosse.
Culver outscored LaCrosse 11-5 from the foul line.
Culver led 23-18 at halftime.

Finley Hobbs scored 10 for the Lady Cougars (0-1) in the loss.
