Tri-County 61, Pioneer 47 (Friday): Drew McKaig scored 17 points and pulled down 11 rebounds, and Caleb Sweet added 11 points for Pioneer in a loss to host Tri-County in their regular season finale Friday.
Brayden Erickson added a pair of 3-pointers and eight points for the Panthers (5-18).
Pioneer made just 10 of 23 free throws.
Nate Corbin and Eric Zarse scored 13 points each for Tri-County. The Cavaliers made 14 of 18 foul shots.
Tri-County led 14-12 after one quarter and extended the lead to 34-20 at halftime.
Pioneer will play Lewis Cass at approximately 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in a Class 2A, Sectional 36 quarterfinal at Rochester.
