Miller’s 81 helps Valley finish 6th at Plymouth Invite

Savana Miller shot an 81 to lead the Tippecanoe Valley girls golf team as they shot a 406 and finished sixth at the 11-team Plymouth Invitational at Pretty Lake Golf Club Tuesday.
Aly Brown added a 100, McKinley Burton carded a 107, and Brystal Sands had a 118 for Valley.
Miller finished fifth among individuals. Her round included a birdie on the par-3 third hole and nine pars.
Warsaw won with a 347, beating Chesterton by one stroke.
Wawasee’s Finley Baker was the medalist with a 72.
