Miller’s eagle on No. 18 caps off 36, leads Valley past Caston

Tippecanoe Valley 161, Caston 205 (Thursday): Greg Miller capped off an even-par 36 with an eagle on the par-4 18th hole as the Valley boys golf team defeated visiting Caston at Round Barn Golf Club at Mill Creek Thursday.

Wes Parker added a 38, Eli Love had a 40, Ethan Young had a 47, and Nolan Cumberland had a 49 for Valley.

Parker birdied No. 12, and Love birdied No. 18.

A.J. Dague was Caston’s low scorer with a 39. Colby Pugh added a 43, Luke Graham had a 52, and Chas Warpenburg had a 71.

Dague also had a birdie on No. 12.

Nash Bouse led the Valley JV with a 49.

at Round Barn Golf Club at Mill Creek Thursday (back nine, par 36)
