Morris has ‘Career’ night, leads Argos to win in Hoosier Plains opener

Argos 79, South Bend Career Academy 63 (Friday): J.J. Morris scored a career-high 29 points and led four players in double figures for the visiting Dragons in a win over South Bend Career Academy in their first ever Hoosier Plains Conference game Friday.
Michael Richard (17), Teddy Redinger (11) and Dylan Kindig (11) also scored in double figures. Jake Stults and Sean Richard scored four points each, and Kayden Brady had three.
Argos (3-2, 1-0) jumped out to a 15-5 lead after one quarter and led 35-27 at halftime. The lead was 59-43 after three quarters.
Argos is 8-0 against South Bend Career Academy under coach Gordon Mosson.
