Morris scores game-high 19, but North Judson pulls away from Argos

North Judson 59, Argos 31 (Tuesday): Ty Schumacher hit three 3-pointers and led three North Judson players in double figures with 15 points in a win over host Argos at Phil Weybright Gymnasium Friday.

J.J. Morris led Argos (13-6) with 19 points, including eight of Argos’ 10 points in the fourth quarter, but no other Dragons had more than six points.

Kelson Jordan added 13 points, and Cheyenne Allen had 12 for North Judson, who won their eighth straight game and improved to 18-3. North Judson won despite not attempting a free throw.

North Judson led 29-17 at halftime and extended their lead to 43-21 after three quarters.

North Judson also claimed the JV game 55-30. Hayden Hensler led Argos with nine points, Gabe Bukulyu added six; Dominic Burns had four; Gabe Ockerman, Hunter Xaver and Mack Calhoun had three each, and Kyle Penn had two.
