RTC area sports postponements – Feb. 2-3

Girls basketball

  • The Class 1A, Sectional 50 quarterfinals at Culver (Trinity Greenlawn vs. Argos, Triton vs. Culver) were postponed from Wednesday to Thursday. The first game will start at 6 p.m.

  • The Class 2A, Sectional 37 quarterfinals at Lewis Cass (Manchester vs. Carroll (Flora), Delphi vs. Lewis Cass) were postponed from Wednesday to Friday. The Manchester-Carroll game will start at 6 p.m. Friday. That pushes back the Wabash-Pioneer semifinal to 6 p.m. Saturday. The sectional final is set for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Boys basketball

  • The Rochester-Southwood boys basketball game scheduled for Thursday has not been rescheduled.

  • The Tippecanoe Valley-Wabash boys basketball game has not been rescheduled.

Girls swimming

  • The Warsaw girls swimming sectional preliminaries scheduled for Thursday have been postponed to 5:30 p.m. Friday. Diving prelims remain at 9 a.m. Saturday, and swimming and diving finals remain at 1 p.m. Saturday.

Area teams in the field include Rochester, Valley and Pioneer.
