Valley sports notes: Valley girls, boys basketball to play Kokomo

The Tippecanoe Valley girls basketball team has added Kokomo to its schedule. Game time is noon/1:30 p.m. (JV/Varsity) Jan. 20 at Kokomo.
The Valley boys basketball team has also added a game with Kokomo to its schedule. Game time is 6 p.m./7:30 p.m. (JV/Varsity) at Kokomo on Feb. 17. Kokomo, last season’s state runner-up, is led by Kansas recruit and Mr. Basketball candidate Flory Bidunga.
Valley has not yet released its full girls and boys basketball schedules. Valley will be playing as an independent in 2023-24 before moving to the Northern State Conference in 2024-25.
