Valley sports notes: Valley girls, boys basketball to play Kokomo

  • The Tippecanoe Valley girls basketball team has added Kokomo to its schedule. Game time is noon/1:30 p.m. (JV/Varsity) Jan. 20 at Kokomo.

  • The Valley boys basketball team has also added a game with Kokomo to its schedule. Game time is 6 p.m./7:30 p.m. (JV/Varsity) at Kokomo on Feb. 17. Kokomo, last season’s state runner-up, is led by Kansas recruit and Mr. Basketball candidate Flory Bidunga.

  • Valley has not yet released its full girls and boys basketball schedules. Valley will be playing as an independent in 2023-24 before moving to the Northern State Conference in 2024-25.
