Rensberger, Wilson, Miller, Strasser, Field recognized; Hunter makes honorable mention

Softball

Rochester’s Bria Rensberger, Aubrey Wilson, Aubrey Miller, Darah Strasser and Jadyn Field were voted first-team All-Three Rivers Conference in voting done by the conference’s coaches and released to the media Tuesday.

In addition, Brailyn Hunter earned honorable mention status.

Rensberger made it as a pitcher, Wilson as an infielder, Miller and Strasser as outfielders and Field as a catcher.

Rensberger, a sophomore, went 18-2 with a 1.75 ERA in the circle. In 124 â…“ innings, she allowed just 88 hits while walking 55 and striking out 221. She also hit .366 with three homers and 32 RBIs and a 1.054 OPS.

Wilson, a sophomore, hit .488 with one homer and 36 RBIs and a 1.228 OPS. She also stole 23 bases.

Miller, a junior, hit .409 with 13 RBIs and a .946 OPS. She tied Wilson and freshman Emma Mathias for the team lead in walks with 12. She also stole 38 bases, which ranked fourth in the state, per MaxPreps.com.

Strasser, a senior, hit .412 with 15 RBIs and a 1.070 OPS. She stole 14 bases and committed no errors in the field.

Field, a sophomore, hit .506 with three homers and 24 RBIs and a 1.283 OPS. She tied Wilson for the team lead in hits with 39.

Hunter, a sophomore outfielder, hit .300 with two homers and 21 RBI and 11 stolen bases.
