Sports postponements: Caston-Winamac boys among games postponed

The following area sporting events scheduled for Friday were postponed due to inclement weather:

Boys basketball

• The Caston-Winamac game has not been rescheduled.

• The West Central-Pioneer game has been rescheduled for 6 p.m./7:30 p.m. (JV/Varsity) Feb. 24 at Pioneer.

• The Oregon-Davis-Argos and New Prairie-Culver consolation games at the Bi-County Tournament at LaVille were canceled. The semifinals (Triton vs. John Glenn, Bremen vs. LaVille) were held as scheduled.

Girls basketball

• The West Central-Pioneer game was canceled.

Wrestling

• The New Prairie JV Invitational was canceled.

• Start time for the Hoosier North tournament at Triton Saturday has been pushed back by two hours. Weigh-in will occur at 11 a.m., and wrestling will start at noon.
