Seven Rochester football players were named first-team all-Three Rivers Conference in voting done by the coaches and released to the media Saturday.
Running backs Alex Deming and Brant Beck and linemen Brady Beck and Xavier Vance were offensive players recognized. Defensive lineman Peyton Young, linebacker Colton Ferverda and defensive back Dylan Hook were defensive players recognized.
Carson Paulik and Wesley Meadows received honorable mention status.
Deming ran for 1,220 yards and 19 touchdowns on 8.2 yards per carry. Brant Beck ran for 1,082 yards and 13 touchdowns on 11.4 yards per carry.
Paulik, a sophomore quarterback, threw for 471 yards and seven touchdowns.
The Zebras went 7-3 overall and 7-1 in the TRC in 2023. The team finished in second place behind Peru in the conference standings. The season ended with a 28-22 loss to Lafayette Central Catholic in the Class 2A, Sectional 34 semifinals on Oct. 27.
