Argos scores 3 goals in first 5 minutes, beats Valley

Argos 6, Tippecanoe Valley 0 (Tuesday): Elaina Conklin had a goal and two assists in the first five minutes, and Samantha Umbaugh scored off both of Conklin’s assists for the Lady Dragons in a win over visiting Valley at Eugene Snyder Field.

Kendyl Callahan, Avery Binfet and Emily Pippenger also scored for Argos, who won their second straight game to improve to 2-8-1.

Whitlee Singleton and Avarie Hines contributed assists.

Argos outshot Valley 25-4.

Argos led 6-0 at halftime. Neither team scored in the second half.
