Bailey shoots 36 as Lady Zs take 2nd in 3-way match at Stonehenge

Warsaw 169, Rochester 180, Triton 238 (Thursday): Olivia Bailey shot a 1-over-par 36 over the front nine at Stonehenge Golf Club in Winona Lake to lead Rochester as they placed second in a three-way match.

Bailey’s round included a birdie on the par-5 sixth hole, seven pars and a double bogey.

Other Rochester scored included Ava Thomas’ 41, Molly Moore’s 42, Laynie Migonis’ 61 and Lily Chipps’ 65.

Chipps was making her varsity debut. She filled in for Lexi Haughs, who was ill.

Warsaw’s Abbey Peterson was the medalist with an even-par 35. Peterson, Bailey and Thomas were all individual state qualifiers in 2023.
