Girls golf
The Rochester girls golf team shot a 354 and finished eighth out of 15 teams at the Homestead Invitational at Chestnut Hills Golf Club in Fort Wayne Monday.
Olivia Bailey led Rochester with a 71. Ava Thomas had an 86, Payton Moore fired an 89, and Lexi Haughs had a 108.
Bailey’s score tied for fourth among all individuals.
Homestead with with a 301, 14 strokes fewer than runner-up Penn. Carroll (Fort Wayne) also shot a 315 and finished third.
