Bouse shoots 41, Scacco gets birdie in Valley’s loss to Wawasee

Wawasee 161, Tippecanoe Valley 181 (Tuesday): Nash Bouse led Valley with a 41, but the host Vikings fell to Wawasee over the back nine at Round Barn Golf Club at Mill Creek Tuesday.

Kyzer Hughes and Dane Scacco each added a 46, Noah Mellott had a 48, and Will Parker had a 49.

Bouse’s round consisted of four consecutive pars on holes 12-15 and five bogeys.

Scacco was the only Valley player to record a birdie, which he got on the par-5 12th hole.

Wawasee’s Hudson Cripe was the medalist with a 38.
