Rochester 7, Manchester 1 (JV, 5 innings, Thursday): Brady Coleman and Drew Bowers combined on a two-hitter, and Conner Dunfee had two hits and two RBIs for the host Zebras in a five-inning JV win over Manchester Thursday.
Callen Ferverda singles and had two RBIs. Trenton Meadows and Brady Gamble drew two walks each, and Dunfee and Jonas Kiser each drew a walk.
Coleman pitched three scoreless innings for the win. He allowed two hits and walked two while striking out five. Bowers allowed an unearned run in two innings. He allowed no hits or walks and fanned four.
Manchester pitchers walked six, and they committed five errors.
