Culver boys suffer home loss to Knox

Boys basketball

Knox 48, Culver 33 (Tuesday): Emiliano Ortiz scored nine points, and Owen Clingler and Auston Zehner added eight each for Culver in a Hoosier North home loss to Knox Tuesday.

Braxton Conley, Jalen King, Cameron Minix and Shane Shuman added two points each.

Cade Short led Knox with 24 points.

Knox led 22-13 at halftime.

Culver has not beaten Knox since December 2016.

Girls basketball

Culver to host Argos Monday: The Culver girls basketball team will host Argos Monday. Game time is 6 p.m./7:30 p.m. (JV/Varsity). The game was originally scheduled for Nov. 24 but later postponed.

Wrestling

Caston 24, Culver 12 (Tuesday): The Cavaliers suffered a loss to Caston in a home dual Tuesday.
