Gonzalez, Smith score in double figures in Valley win over NorthWood

Tippecanoe Valley 46, NorthWood 38 (OT, Tuesday): Gaby Gonzalez scored 15 points, and Ava Smith added 11 for the visiting Lady Vikings in an overtime road win over NorthWood at the Panther Pit Tuesday.

Chesnee Miller added eight points, Macy Petersen had six, Kelsey Cox had four, and Ava Egolf had two.

Smith hit a 3-pointer to kickstart a game-ending 9-2 run.

The game was tied at 33 after regulation.

Valley has won their last four meetings with the Lady Panthers.
