Winamac 62, Oregon-Davis 56 (Saturday): Marissa Iverson scored a game-high 22 points to lead three players in double figures as the Lady Warriors rallied in the fourth quarter to earn a Hoosier North road win Saturday.
Kandace Kroft added three treys and scored 19 points, and Kaelyn O’Connor had two baskets in the fourth quarter and had 10.
Maggie Keller hit three 3-pointers and scored nine, and Mershai Loehmer had two.
Sadie Popejoy did not play for Winamac, who had only five available players. Still, Winamac rallied from a 50-44 deficit after three quarters.
Iverson outscored the entire Oregon-Davis team 10-6 in the fourth quarter.
Gabriella Krause led the Lady Bobcats with 16 points, and Trinity Vaszari added 15. O-D finished conference play 2-6.
Winamac is 5-1 in conference play going into Thursday’s showdown at North Judson (5-0). North Judson is the only remaining unbeaten team in conference play, and Winamac is the only team with one loss.
