Lingenfelter takes medalist, but host Lady Zs fall to Logansport

Logansport 210, Rochester 214 (Tuesday): Kristianna Lingenfelter shot a 43 to claim medalist honors, but the host Lady Zs fell to Logansport over the front nine at Round Barn Golf Club at Mill Creek Tuesday.

Karah Lingenfelter had a 53, Payton Moore had a 55, Delaney Barkman had a 63, and Kat Rensberger had a 64.

Kristianna Lingenfelter’s round included a par on the first hole. Every other player on both teams had at least a double bogey on that hole.

Myleigh Moon led Logansport with a 48 in the win.

Avery Brouyette had a 63, and Reagan Becker had a 68 for the RHS JV.

John Glenn 180, Tippecanoe Valley 199, Northridge 239 (Tuesday): Madelyn Weaver shot a 44 to lead Valley as they finished second in a three-way match against John Glenn and Northridge at The Golf Club at Swan Lake Resort in Plymouth Tuesday.

Kaydence Mellott added a 48, Cheney Canada had a 50, Molly Moriarty carded a 57, and Lily Ault had a 58.

Valley JV player Lydia Miller shot a 53.

John Glenn’s Megan Kobelt was the medalist with a 41.

Winamac 218, Culver 246, LaVille (incomplete team) (Tuesday): Winamac’s Janet Calfee shot a 45 to earn medalist honors and lead Winamac to a three-way match win over conference rivals Culver and LaVille at Woodbury Golf Course in Plymouth Tuesday.

Megan Wentz added a 57, Giselle Lowry and Bianca Huizar each had a 58, and McKenzie Mitchell had a 59 for Winamac, who played without No. 1 player Keira Bucinski.

Sylvia Rodriguez shot a 56 and was Culver’s low scorer. Alisa Hinds had a 59, EmmaLee Hillman had a 64, and Kaitlyn Stacy had a 67.

LaVille had only one player.
