Logansport 59, Pioneer 38 (Tuesday): Drew McKaig scored 14 points, but the visiting Panthers lost to Logansport in their season opener in the Cass County Invitational at the Berry Bowl Tuesday.
Brayden Erickson added eight points, and Lucas Perry had five.
Logansport already led 42-33 after three quarters before outscoring the Panthers 17-5 in the fourth quarter.
Pioneer made more free throws (10) than Pioneer attempted (eight).
Pioneer will next play in the consolation game at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Logansport.
