Tippecanoe Valley 62, Peru 42 (Tuesday): Kaydence Mellott scored 15 points, and Molly Moriarty added a season-high 14 to lead Valley to a win over visiting Peru Tuesday.
Macy Petersen and Chesnee Miller each came off the bench to add 10 and eight points, respectively, for Valley, who improved to 16-3 overall and 7-0 in the Three Rivers Conference. Valley also improved to 8-0 against Peru since the schools became conference rivals in 2015.
Valley clinched at least a share of the conference title. They can clinch it outright by winning one of their final two conference games. Valley travels to Southwood Saturday.
Emma Eldridge scored 10 points for Peru (8-11, 4-4).
Already leading by 12 points at halftime, Mellott outscored the entire Peru team 10-9 in the third quarter as Valley built the lead to 50-23.
Valley made more free throws (11) than Peru attempted (9).
Valley also rolled to a 53-12 win in the JV game. Gabby Gonzalez scored 17 for Valley, Millie Scorsone had 13, and Dalynne Bussard had 10.
