Rochester senior Aubrey Miller has verbally committed to play softball at Taylor, according to a social media post.
Miller, a corner outfielder, hit .409 last spring as a junior and has hit .407 for her high school career with an .893 OPS. She also increased her walk total from two as a sophomore to 12 as a junior while cutting her strikeouts from 26 to 13.
She also stole 38 bases last year and has 66 for her career.
Rochester won back-to-back sectional titles in 2024 and 2025. They also won the Three Rivers Conference in 2025.
Taylor is an NAIA school located in Upland.
Taylor is coming off a 30-21 season last spring. Grace Glidewell was named coach June 23. She is the program’s fourth coach in the last five seasons.
