Moore’s 42, Haughs’ 43 helps Rochester win 4-way match at sectional course

Rochester 188, Kankakee Valley 190, Twin Lakes 209, Winamac 220 (Monday): Molly Moore shot a 42 to lead Rochester as they won a four-way, nine-hole dual at Tippecanoe Country Club in Monticello Monday.
Lexi Haughs added a 43, Audrey Widman had a 51, Lily Chipps had a 52, and Makenna Jackson had a 57. Zoey Blakesley shot a 64 for the Rochester JV.
Sophia Shell led Winamac with a 49. Lila Lavender had a 55, Brianna Patton had a 57, Scarlett Browning had a 59, and Maddie Keller had a 67.
Kallie Kasten shot a 67, and Jaelyn Huddleston had a 69 for the JV team.
Kankakee Valley’s Brynn Capellari shot a 38 to claim medalist honors.
All four teams will be in the field for the Twin Lakes sectional Sept. 21.
