No area players picked for Girls Junior All-Stars

Girls basketball
No RTC area players were picked for the Girls Junior All-Star Team released Monday.
Players were divided into three groups.
The Core Group will play against the Kentucky Junior All-Stars and the Indiana Senior All-Stars. The Red Group will play against the Kentucky Juniors only. The Blue Group will play against the Indiana Seniors only.
The game against the Kentucky Juniors will start at 2 p.m. May 31 at Charlestown High School. The game against the Indiana Seniors will start at 6 p.m. June 3 at a site to be determined.
Indianapolis Cathedral’s Lisa Finn will coach with Bellmont’s Andy Heim assisting.
The Indiana Senior All-Star Games against the Kentucky Seniors will take place June 5-6. The June 5 game will be played at a to-be-determined location in Kentucky. The June 6 game will take place at 5 p.m. at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
