Rausch, Hall combine on shutout, lead Winamac past Morgan Township

Winamac 10, Morgan Township 0 (5 innings, Tuesday): Brooke Rausch and Adrianna Hall combined on a five-hit shutout, and Grace Roth, Brody Goodman and Makayla Werner had two RBIs each for Winamac in a road win over Morgan Township Tuesday.

Maggie Keller singled twice and doubled. Freshman Kylie Fisher singled twice and drove in a run, and Adrianna Hall had a double and an RBI. Trinity Harlan also had an RBI. Corinne Ulerick and Rausch also had hits as part of an 11-hit Lady Warrior attack.

Winamac did not strike out against Lady Cherokee pitcher Riley DeGraaf.

Rausch pitched the first four innings, and Hall worked the fifth. Rausch allowed three hits while walking none and striking out four. Hall allowed two hits while walking none and fanning one.

Winamac did not committee an error while Morgan Township committed three errors that led to four unearned runs for Winamac.

Winamac is 3-0 and has outscored their opponents 37-2.
