The Rochester School Board approved Kyle Reinartz as the school’s new boys tennis coach at a meeting Tuesday night.
Reinartz is a 2021 Rochester grad, where he played tennis, basketball and baseball. He then played baseball at Grace College before graduating this spring.
Reinartz played on the No. 1 doubles team with Brock Bowers his senior year at Rochester.
Also, the board approved Andrew Dunwoody as Reinartz’s assistant. Dunwoody is also a former Zebra tennis player, and his brother Harrison will be a senior on the team this fall.
Boys tennis practice begins statewide Aug. 4.
