Riffle shoots 40, but Rochester falls to Northfield

Northfield 174, Rochester 177 (April 27): Noah Riffle shot a 40 to lead the Zebras in a road loss to host Northfield at Honeywell Golf Course in Wabash on April 27.

Wesley Meadows added a 44, Drew Strasser had a 46, Enrique Navarro had a 47, and Robert Bozzo had a 48.

Riffle’s round included a birdie on the par-5 eighth hole and three pars.

Rochester won the JV match 202-206. Davis Renie led the Rochester JV with a 46.

Northfield’s Tyson Baer was the medalist with a 38.

Northfield is the defending Three Rivers Conference champion.
