Rochester girls soccer update: Wagner, Navara score as Lady Zs tie Logansport

Rochester 2, Logansport 2 (Tuesday): Audrey Wagner and Taylor Navara each had a goal for Rochester in a tie with visiting Logansport at the Brent Blacketor Memorial Sports Complex Tuesday.

Bria Rensberger had an assist.

Sophomore Makhia Harding had 13 saves in goal.

Rochester snapped a two-game losing streak and is 0-2-3 on the season. Logansport is 1-6-2.

Trinity Greenlawn 9, Rochester 0 (Saturday): Facing off against Trinity Greenlawn for the first time since a loss in last year’s sectional, Rochester again lost to the Class 1A, No. 9 Lady Titans. Trinity Greenlawn led 8-0 at halftime, and the game ended after 60 minutes per the IHSAA Mercy Rule.

Mylee Heinzmann had 10 saves in goal, and Makhia Harding had four.

Wabash 3, Rochester 1 (Wednesday): Audrey Wagner scored an unassisted goal in the second half, but the Lady Zs lost their Three Rivers Conference opener to Wabash Wednesday.

Gretchen Gardner had four saves in goal for Rochester, who was playing for the first time in eight days.

Brookelynn Buzzard, Raegan Jones and Logan Wright had goals for Wabash.
