Boys golf
The Rochester boys golf team shot a 358 and finished 18th out of 21 teams at the Hall of Fame Invitational at Rock Hollow Golf Club in Peru Saturday.
Noah Riffle led the Zebras with a 79. He tied for 22nd place in a field of 104 golfers. His round included a birdie on the par-3 11th hole.
Drew Strasser added an 85, J.R. McLochlin had a 94, Robert Bozzo had a 100, and Wesley Meadows had a 110.
Hamilton Southeastern won the tournament with a 308. Homestead was second with a 310.
Gibson Southern’s Peyton Blackard shot a 4-under-par 68 to earn medalist honors.
