Girls basketball
Winamac 52, West Central 32 (Tuesday): Maggie Smith outscored the entire West Central team 8-6 in the fourth quarter as the Winamac girls basketball team pulled away in the fourth quarter for a home win over West Central Tuesday.
Smith finished with a game-high 20 points, and Marissa Iverson added 12. Kandace Kroft hit two 3-pointers and added eight.
Mara Sharp had 10 points for West Central (1-6).
Winamac led 20-19 at halftime.
Winamac has won the last 11 meetings against West Central.
