The following area sporting events have been postponed or canceled due to inclement weather:
Boys basketball
The Caston-Rochester game scheduled for Tuesday was postponed to Saturday. Start time is 1 p.m./2:30 p.m. (JV/Varsity) at Rochester.
The Rochester-Lewis Cass game scheduled for Jan. 12 was rescheduled for Feb. 3. Start time is 1 p.m./2:30 p.m. at Lewis Cass.
The West Central-Caston game scheduled for Jan. 13 was postponed. No makeup date has been set.
The Tippecanoe Valley-Maconaquah game scheduled for Jan. 13 was postponed. No makeup date has been set.
The Oregon-Davis-Argos game scheduled for Jan. 12 was postponed. No makeup date has been set.
The DeMotte Christian-Pioneer game scheduled for Jan. 12 was rescheduled for Jan. 23. Start time is 6 p.m./7:30 p.m. at Pioneer.
The North Judson-Winamac game scheduled for Jan. 12 was rescheduled for Jan. 25. Start time is 6:30 p.m./8 p.m. at Winamac.
The Oregon-Davis-Winamac game scheduled for Jan. 13 was rescheduled for Jan. 29. Start time is 6 p.m./7:30 p.m. at Winamac.
The Plymouth boys freshman basketball tournament scheduled for Jan. 13 was canceled. Rochester and Valley were among those teams scheduled to compete.
Girls basketball
The Lewis Cass-Rochester game scheduled for Jan. 13 was rescheduled for Jan. 22. Start time is 7 p.m. at Rochester, varsity only.
The Fort Wayne Northrop-Tippecanoe Valley game scheduled for Jan. 13 has not been rescheduled.
The Bethany Christian-Caston game scheduled for Jan. 12 has not been rescheduled.
The Pioneer-Argos game scheduled for Jan. 13 was postponed to Jan. 27. Start time is 11 a.m./12:30 p.m. at Argos.
The Winamac-John Glenn game postponed on Jan. 13 has been rescheduled for Jan. 27. Start time is 1 p.m./2:30 p.m. at John Glenn.
Girls/boys basketball
The Triton-Culver girls-boys doubleheader scheduled for Jan. 12 has not been rescheduled.
All four Bi-County Tournament girls-boys doubleheaders scheduled for Tuesday were postponed to Wednesday. That includes the Argos-John Glenn and Culver-LaVille doubleheaders. The Argos-John Glenn girls game will start at 6 p.m. with the boys game to follow. The Culver-LaVille girls game will start at 6:30 p.m. with the boys game to follow. The other postponed doubleheaders included Oregon-Davis at Triton and Bremen at New Prairie. The girls semifinals and consolation round will remain on Thursday, and the boys semifinals and consolation round will remain on Friday.
