Sports postponements: Valley-Knox softball to resume May 1

The following sporting events have been postponed, rescheduled or both due to inclement weather Tuesday and Wednesday:

Softball

• The Rochester-Southwood game has been rescheduled for May 5. Start time is 5 p.m. at Southwood.

• The Tippecanoe Valley-Knox game suspended on Tuesday will resume May 1. Start time is 5:15 p.m. at Knox. The game was tied 0-0 in the fourth inning.

• The Caston-North Judson game suspended on Tuesday will resume Thursday. Start time is 6 p.m. Eastern at North Judson. North Judson was leading 2-1 in the first inning.

• The Caston-Culver Academy game scheduled for April 30 has been canceled.

• The Caston-Peru doubleheader postponed Saturday has been rescheduled for May 1. Start time is 5:30 p.m. at Peru.

• The Pioneer-Triton game postponed Tuesday has been rescheduled for May 5. Start time is 5:30 p.m. at Triton.

• The Culver-Culver Academy game postponed Tuesday has been rescheduled for May 2. Start time is 3 p.m. at Culver Academy.

Baseball

• The Rochester-Southwood game has been rescheduled for Friday. Start time is 5:30 p.m. at Southwood.

Girls tennis

• The Rochester-Southwood match has been rescheduled for Thursday. Start time is 5 p.m. at Southwood.

Track

• The three-way meet between Rochester, Lewis Cass and host Peru has not been rescheduled.

• The three-way meet between Pioneer, North White and host Rossville scheduled for Tuesday will not be rescheduled.
