Valley boys soccer roundup: Vikings beat NM for first win, then fall to Glenn

John Glenn 9, Tippecanoe Valley 0 (Tuesday): Finn Chamberlin had two goals and four assists, and Rowan Paton had two goals and an assist for John Glenn in a home win over Valley Tuesday.

Benjamin Pranger, Ashton Naragon, Colton Oden, Haiden Dill and Peyton Radandt also scored for the Falcons (2-1-1 overall, 1-1 Indiana Northern State Conference).

John Glenn led 3-0 at halftime.

Valley fell to 1-7-1, 0-3. They have been outscored 32-0 in their three conference games.

Valley will host Caston at 5 p.m. Thursday.

Tippecanoe Valley 10, North Miami 1 (Monday): Damian Garcia and Santiago Ortiz each had hat tricks for the host Vikings as they earned their first win of the season Monday over North Miami.

Pablo Arriaga added two goals and three assists, and Jake England and Tadeo Lancon scored once each.

Chris Rosas contributed two assists. Jake England, Damian Garcia and Santiago Ortiz had one assist each.

Valley improved to 1-6-1. North Miami dropped to 0-9.
