Girls soccer
NorthWood 12, Tippecanoe Valley 0 (Tuesday): NorthWood shutout the Lady Vikings in a Class 2A, Sectional 21 quarterfinal at Plymouth Tuesday.
NorthWood led 9-0 at halftime.
Valley finished 3-11-1.
NorthWood won their third straight game and improved to 5-7-3. They will play defending sectional champion Culver Academy at 7 p.m. Thursday in the semifinals.
Valley has never scored in a postseason game in program history.
