Valley sweeps doubles matches in loss to Peru

Peru 3, Tippecanoe Valley 2 (Tuesday): The visiting Lady Vikings won both doubles matches in straight sets in a loss to Peru Tuesday.

Lily Ault and Ella Sandbakken pulled out a 6-3, 6-4 win over Kara Baker and Camryn Raber at No. 1 doubles. Sarah Finney and Madelyn Weaver knocked off Caidence Luster and Lou Lou Sanceau 6-0, 6-2 at No. 2 doubles.

Karegan Callahan, Lydia Miller and Kylee Trepanier all lost their singles matches in straight sets.

Valley won the JV match 3-0.
