Unified Flag Football
Homestead 39, Tippecanoe Valley 12 (Saturday): The Valley Unified Flag Football team’s season ended with a sectional quarterfinal loss to Homestead at Valley Saturday.
Homestead went on to beat Warsaw 50-18 and Carroll (Fort Wayne) 28-18 to win the sectional.
Homestead will play McCutcheon at 11 a.m. Saturday at South Bend Adams in a regional semifinal. DeKalb and Valparaiso will meet in the other semifinal, and the regional final will follow at 1 p.m.
