North Judson 54, Winamac 42 (Thursday): Sadie Popejoy scored 15 points, and Marissa Iverson added 14 for the visiting Lady Warriors in a loss to North Judson Thursday.

Avaree Johnston scored 11 of her game-high 19 points in the first quarter for North Judson. Shiloh DeBoard added 14, and Kyleigh Lehiy had 10.

North Judson led 18-5 after one quarter, but Winamac sliced the lead to 22-19 at halftime. North Judson expanded the lead back to 35-28 after three quarters.

Winamac dropped to 13-8 overall and 5-2 in the Hoosier North.

North Judson is 15-4, 6-0 and has clinched a share of the conference title. They can clinch the outright title with a win against Pioneer next Thursday or Triton Jan. 31.

If North Judson loses both, Culver and North Miami would share the conference title with them, and Winamac would make it a four-way tie if they beat Pioneer Tuesday.
