Caston 2, Wabash 1 (Thursday): Emily Rodas and Drew Douglass scored goals for the host Comets in a win over Wabash at the Comet Crater Thursday.

Mack Mappin and Simon McGrew each had an assist.

Kaemen Lee had 19 saves, two of which came on penalty kicks.

The win was the first for new coach Trey Young, who called it a "good team win.”

“It was an all-around great performance from the team tonight,” Young said in a statement. “It took all 11 to win tonight, and they showed up. Kaemen Lee in goal had a handful of fantastic saves, including two saved penalty kicks. Drew Douglass and Emily Rodas both found their first career goals on some beautiful assists from Simon McGrew and Mack Mappin.”
