Binkley’s hat trick leads Culver past SB Riley

Culver 4, South Bend Riley 3 (Saturday): Baileigh Binkley scored a hat trick, including the game-winning goal with 12 minutes left to lift the Lady Cavaliers past South Bend Riley Saturday.

Gisselle Villegas added a goal and also assisted on Binkley’s game-winner.

Sophie Heath also had an assist for Culver.

Argos drops to No. 14: The Argos girls soccer team dropped from No. 9 to No. 14 in this week’s Class 1A coaches poll. The Lady Dragons (2-2) travel to Warsaw for a game at 11:45 a.m. Saturday.

Argos is the only team ranked in Class 1A, Sectional 35.
