Culver blanks N. White, completes undefeated regular season

Girls soccer
Culver 5, North White 0 (Thursday): Ava McCune scored twice and dished out an assist, and the Culver girls soccer team completed an undefeated regular season (15-0) with a road win over North White Thursday.
Bre Hamilton added a goal and an assist, and Alexis Gasanovas and Eliana Andrzejewski also scored. Aly Williams also had an assist.
Culver finished the regular season with four straight shutouts. They had eight shutouts for the regular season.
Culver will take on Manchester in a Class 1A, Sectional 36 semifinal at 5 p.m. Thursday at Argos. Culver’s last loss was to Manchester in last year’s sectional.
