Tippecanoe Valley 59, Manchester 57 (Jan. 28): Nolan Cumberland surpassed the 1,000-point mark for his career in the second quarter and scored 14 of his game-high 28 points in the fourth quarter as Valley earned a come-from-behind win over host Manchester on Jan. 28.
Kyler Johnson added a career-high 17. Stephen Akase tallied eight points, including the go-ahead free throws with 3.2 seconds left that broke a 57-57 tie.
Valley made 16 of 19 free throws.
Valley trailed 56-45 at one point in the fourth quarter but finished on a 14-1 run.
Gavin Betten scored 24 points, and Etan Hendrix and Trevor Heath added 10 each for Manchester.
Manchester led 34-25 at halftime.
Valley beat Manchester on the road for the first time since 2013.
Valley won their eighth straight game and improved to 13-3 overall and 5-1 in the Three Rivers Conference. Manchester fell to 12-4, 4-1.
The loss left Peru as the lone remaining unbeaten team in the TRC.
