LaVille 49, Argos 41 (Jan. 19): Emma Dunlap scored 17 points, and Samantha Redinger added 15, but the Lady Dragons lost to host LaVille in a Bi-County Tournament semifinal on Jan. 19 at Dale E. Cox Gymnasium.
Lucy Sherk scored 17, and Heaylyn Kwiatkowski scored nine of her 13 in the fourth quarter for LaVille.
LaVille won their third straight game to improve to 14-6. They have as many wins as their previous three seasons combined.
Argos fell to 10-10.
LaVille led 23-14 at halftime before Argos closed within 33-28 after three quarters.
Both Dunlap and Bella Stults fouled out.
Argos had won five of the previous six meetings against LaVille.
LaVille went on to defeat Bremen 43-40 on Jan. 21 for their first Bi-County title since 1993.
