Tippecanoe Valley 69, Knox 50 (Dec. 2): Cooper Walls hit four 3-pointers in the first quarter and scored 19 points, and Riley Shepherd hit three treys in the first quarter and

also scored 19 to lead the Tippecanoe Valley boys basketball team to a 69-50 win over host and sectional rival Knox Friday.

Nolan Cumberland added 15 points, and Tayde Kiser tallied 10.

Valley led 28-12 after one quarter and extended the lead to 43-22 at halftime.

The Class 3A, No. 24 Vikings have won three straight games since losing their season opener to Mishawaka.
